3 Ingredient Baked Breakfast

1. Prep & Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2. Layer Meat & Cheese

  • Spread cooked sausage or ham evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

3. Pour Eggs

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs with a pinch of salt, pepper, and optional 2 tbsp milk.
  • Pour evenly over the  meat and cheese—do not stir.

4. Bake to Perfection

    • Bake 40–45 minutes, until center is set and top is golden.
    • A knife inserted should come out clean.

5. Rest & Serve

  • Let sit 5–10 minutes—allows custard to firm up slightly.
  • Cut into squares and serve warm.
