Why People Add Vinegar To Their Laundry

Vinegar is one of the most hardworking products that you are ever going to come across. Yes, it works well in cooking and cleaning settings of all kinds. Did you know that it can be used to clean your laundry, though?

It’s something that we had no idea about until very recently. If you have never added it before, we are here to give you a closer look at the reasons why you should start:

1. Your Whites Will Thank You

If you ever wondered how to get your white clothes EVEN whiter, this is your chance to learn more. All it takes is a half cup or so of distilled vinegar to enjoy the whitest whites possible. The detergent and dirt residue that typically builds on our clothes is removed, creating much whiter linens and clothes as a result. It also works as a much safer alternative to bleach.

2. Removing the Musty Smells

Vinegar is a great deodorizing product when it comes time to do laundry. Are your towels starting to have that musty scent to them that won’t quite go away? If so, you need to start adding vinegar to your laundry. A half-cup is all you need to restore your clothes’ proper scent. Once they have gone through the dryer, you won’t be able to pull your nose away from that fresh smell! (Okay, maybe that is just us….)

3. Great Substitute For Fabric Softener
